There is a simple and straightforward way to become a millionaire or billionaire in life: create and add value to people, become their servants. What do I mean? Zig Ziglar once said and is usually quoted:

You Can Have Everything In Life You Want, If You Will Just Help Other People Get What They Want.

Well, this is simple. Simply create value and you become billionaire. As simple as that sounds, the question that requires answer is: HOW DO I CREATE AND ADD VALUE?

3 WAYS TO CREAT AND ADD VALUE
Irrespective of your sector or sphere in life or your qualifications or profession, there are 3 ways to create and add value:

1. Meeting needs
2. Solving problems, and
3. Providing answers, or answering questions.

Now, lets look at these 3 and see how you can apply them to your sphere of life.

1. MEETING NEEDS
Human needs are plenty. From basic necessities like food, shelter and clothing, and everything in-between, to non-necessities, if you have the ability to meet the demand for anything on demand, you are sure set up to make a lot of money.

How to apply: Look at your area of strength, look at your immediate community, look at your expertise, look at what interests you, and see if there is that thing with high demand that you can supply. It could range from food related stuffs to even a service or anything at all. As far as they are legal. Meet the demand and you are game.

2. SOLVING PROBLEMS
Human life is filled with problems. From problems relating to our bodies to our environments, or problems relating to life enhancement gadgets of life, including tech, your ability to solve the problems people have with anything has set you on a path to making it in life. For as long as those problems exist, you keep cashing out.

How to apply: Look around you, put yourself in people's shoes, look into problems they have and provide solutions. This is very similar and related to point 1 above, just that one is wider-reaching than the other. Do people have problem with their gadgets? phones? Solve them and make money. Do people have unspoken problems you can find, provide solution and be made.

3. PROVIDING ANSWERS
Life itself is ridded with loads of questions. And people turn to many sources for answers. Even life origin questions require answers. Some turn to religion, some become superstitious, and some a=become atheist. All primarily in the name of seeking answers. Even marriage and business come with need for answers. Could be primarily related to guides on how to do things a=or achieve some goals in personal, marital or business life.

How to apply: Here you need knowledge of how things work. Look at your area of immense knowledge or area you find easy to research accurate information. Then make the information (knowledge, answers) available to people. Could be on your website or blog, vlog, book, TV program, tutoring sessions etc. Your ability to supply information people need in form of answers to questions has set you up to making it in life.

A KEY INGREDIENT: PATIENCE
Anyone lacking patience will find most on these boring. Yet, the path to sustainable wealth is not a quick-rich sprint, its supposed to be a marathon.

So, above many things, learn to be patient, focused and resilient. You will hit your goals sooner than you thought.

SOME CASE STUDIES
Now, you could look around you and seek examples of people who are now billionaires while adding value. In fact, you'd find that every billionaire out there added value to get there. Lets give examples:

1. Bill Gates: Known for his contribution to the tech space via Microsoft computers. Only very few households will not have a computer. Meanwhile, I am typing this article on a Windows laptop. Gates company met a global need for computing. And that's it.
2. Aliko Dangote: We don't need to go far here. Dangote industries is the dominant cement make in Nigeria, Africa's largest nation. That's need for building materials being filled. And Dangote is Africa's richest man, or so I believe.

These successful people shared some traits:

1. Patience
2. Focus
3. Resilience
