Standard: You earn 5 (Gems) per standard referral. Only activated accounts are counted automatically. This applies to normal members referral.

Premium: You earn 1,000 (Gems) - that's 1$ - per Verified (Earn) member you refer. This is open exclusively to only Verified (Earn) members.

UPDATE: This system has been automated and nownstandard referral commission gets credited to your Gems wallet instantly.
