I think currently, Nigerians are seriously affected and discouraged from engaging on online platforms because of the disheartening experiences from fraudulent platforms.
Money involvement scares them and most of them won't involve in it.

MMM, Raksterli, all of them. They have no reason buy fraud to scam people. It was all planned out.
Funny though, people knew they were pyramid schemes. They all wanted to cashout.
None is innocent.
