I have always been with Stanbic IBTC Pensions Managers since 2008 when I started working.
Recently, an old friend who is now a marketer for Crusader Sterling Pension prevailed on me to move over to Crusader Sterling.

After so much hassles, I obliged. Now I'm worried.

Crusader Sterling has no working mobile app and easy self service like Stanbic. I cant see balance like before.
Hope I have not made mistake.
Is my pension safe?

Can someone help me?

Why is their mobile app not working?

Don't they have a physical branch?
If yes, go there and lodge your complaints.

Little advice, it's better you stick to Stanbic IBTC pensions as they are and have been very good with pension programs.
