Introducing the Azaland Azagame (Support thread)

The Azagame by Azaland is a numbers-based board puzzle game (similar to Sudoku), but customised with some accounting system with the aim of mimicking money and investment decisions in real life. The game is fun, engaging and enriching. You get to plan properly, weigh every decision and apply available resources wisely towards a positive ending. You also get to face the immediate consequences of bad moves.
This thread serves as the feedback and support page for the newly launched Azagame.

HOW TO PLAY
Put a digit from 1-9 in each empty cell such that:
1. Every digit shows up ONLY ONCE in each row,
2. Every digit shows up ONLY ONCE in each column,
3. Every digit shows up ONLY ONCE in each 3x3 box.
ACCOUNTING
For every digit you place you earn 10 points. However, if you delete or change a digit you will instantly lose 20 points from your earning!
When stuck, you can buy a digit at the cost of 75 points, and a random (empty) cell will be filled with it.
Rewinding the puzzle (restart from beginning) will cost you 200 negative points. All manually placed digits will be cleared except your bought digits.
Enabling the Help costs 100 negative points per puzzle and is valid until the puzzle is solved.
Difficulty level. Before starting (placing the first digit), you may select an easier level. Depending on this level you will get additional digits placed into the puzzle. This will cost 50 points for each digit per level chose. This also affects the max ROI obtainable.
After completely solving a puzzle, your net earning position (positive or negative) will be passed to your Gems balance automatically. Then a fresh puzzle will be presented.
