You know, if truly we are going cashless in Nigeria, I expect all banks' digital platforms to be ready. Since most transactions are going digital, bank's servers are gonna take the hit and the heat! Are they ready?

Our experiences show otherwise. Some banks have been offline for days. Some won't even open their branches.

Attempt Some transfers and it will take forever to receive them. If this is the cashless experience, then it's gory.

Only few banks and some fintechs have saved the day: Moniepoint, Globus Bank, Opay have all come to save Nigerians at this time.

Very bad experience. Imagine sending money from Zenith to access, money took a whole week and even later bounced back. Job done, zero. In fact minus :crying:

I think the banks must do better to inform customers of maintenance plans ahead :shade:

Not so good. Our banks need to improve especially now that we rely more on online platforms like mobile apps and Internet banking

The way I see it, CBN should also monitor banks to ensure their online services do not further frustrate the lives of the people
