Do online surveys really fetch money as claimed?

When checking online for quick ways to make some bucks, I saw online paid surveys as examples. Do they work? Anyone with experience? Please share.

I don't think so, me I tried many online paid surveys, at the end after about a month, I made only some few cents, not worth the hype if you ask me

There are many time wasting stuffs online.
