Hi. You need to contact your own bank ASAP. There are many channels to do this:
1. Your account officer
If your bank assigned account officer to you, please call him or her immediately. The minimum they will do is to guide you.
2. Contact center call: provided you're not going to be number 560 on the queue, a responsive bank will pick up and register your query and act immediately
3. Email contact center or fraud desk: all banks have dedicated email address for both or either of the contact center or fraud desk. Send a short but cogent email immediately.
4. Go to the bank: go to the nearest branch of your bank if possible. This is way more effective. Meet the customer service immediately.
5. Visit the other bank (maybe): based on 3rd party experiences, visiting the wrong beneficiary bank can also help. I've seen cases whereby yhe other bank put the money on hold temporarily pending when the complainant fixes complaints his own bank. This saved the money.
There must be more ways to resolve this. But the above should help.
Cheers.
