Issue of Sterling Bank and pending transfer problems!!!

I’m actually tired of Sterling Bank because their pending transfer problems keep frustrating me. It’s not just me.

I mean, I use other banks apps but this problem is peculiar to sterling Bank. Many times I had to mail their support center before transfers could go.

Their sterling onebank app is just a whole turn off. You can’t even initiate an urgent transfer. You can’t be sure of getting it in other side in 10 minutes. Just budget 12 hours.

Whenever I initiate transfer on the app, it goes to pending. Why?..in this age, it’s disappointing.

I think will dump the app forever now if nothing changes.

Anyone else experiencing same?
