Azaland's Practical Real-life Approach to Financial Literacy Education

The creator or founder of Azaland (Azaland.com) has a nice strategy that amazed me when I joined the website. The website focuses on enlightening members on financial literacy and money skills. However, there's a real-life practical approach which I believe was most likely intended:
The website sounds similar to our physical life when it comes to money:
1. Money exists there, called aza gems
2. The money is scarce but can be earned by working: mainly through article writing and referrals
3. The money is hard to get, like real life
4. The money is easily lost, like real life
5. Normal human attitudes towards making the money pop up, eg impatience and fraud
6. The most skilled people make the most money eg @Dube and @Greatness
7. There's limited money in circulation, majority is in reserve in @AzaBank. Cool thing.
8. Many people complain that it's hard to get the money. See life
9. There are ways to spend the money, real ways
10. You can mirror the real life there
11. It is a legit platform with no scams
12. The platform preaches against get rich quick schemes, pyramid schemes and gambling.
13. You sometimes have to spend money to make money on Azaland.
14. There's bank savings account where you earn interest per month
15. And many more similarities.
The way I see it, the website is not just teaching financial literacy in abstract, there's practical applications on it.
With this arrangement, you have the practical tools to work with as you earn, spend and manage money.
I hope the owner can keep this up and add more features like the online shop to spend money real time to buy recharge cards, subscriptions and other digital goods and services.
Thank you.
